Henry was hired to build it. Mark was hired to dig out the bank right next to the back deck. Cement block walls were erected with re-bar and 2 internal buttresses. A mortar surfacing was applied to the inside. Drain tile went around the outside with a drain inside as well. The glass panes from the property&#8217;s original glass greenhouse were retrieved from the basement and fitted into the new design. The skylight glass is shatterproof, tempered glass purchased from Windsor. Clear cedar was used for the benches, Electric Baseboard heat was installed, fluorescent lighting, and a string of bathroom fans for ventilation. Not only as a green house but as a small gathering place for the family. or as a getaway (Mancave) on a regular basis.
